ADMS for Employers

The Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS), developed by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, helps to streamline the way employers lodge the following claims applications.

Here’s how you can get started

Our team remains vigilant and attentive in providing you with support in setting up your ADMS access and will provide you with the information you need to get started.

Employers should follow the these steps to setting up ADMS.

Here’s a video that gives you an introduction to ADMS.

Step 1: Set up your myGovID

myGovID is your digital identity which makes it easier to prove who you are online.

Think of this step as a 100-point ID check, but on your smart device.

To access ADMS, your myGovID digital identity will need to be standard identity strength or above. To learn how to set up your myGovID, please visit myGovID.gov.au

Step 2: Connect to Relationship Authorisation Manager

The Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) allows business owners to link their digital identity to their business and to authorise others to act on their behalf when using participating online government services.

To link your myGovID with your business, or authorise others to act on your behalf, please visit info.authorisationmanager.gov.au

Step 3: Connecting to ADMS

You can log in to ADMS here.

Before you claim your subsidy/incentive using ADMS, you need to link your myGovID to your business through the RAM. If you haven’t done so already, refer to steps 1 and 2.

Supporting Resources

ADMS supports all aspects of Australian apprenticeships, meaning it holds an abundance of information about apprentices and their employers.

To help keep this information safe and secure, ADMS users must prove their identity and their authority to act on behalf of a business or organisation before accessing ADMS.

To help you get set up, an extensive list of resources and supporting guides can be found here.
