Find an Employer.
We offer a range of support tools to help you connect with employers.
- Checkout our Jobs Board that is dedicated to apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities available in WA.
- View our Apprenticeship Intake Guide that showcases larger apprenticeship and traineeship intakes and when they are occurring, with key employers across WA.
- Put your name on our Job Seeker Register. We send you suitable vacancies when they arise.
- Book in for a Career Consult with our Career Support team, to access job seeking guidance and support.
Pre-sign up Check-up.
Prior to signing into a National Training Contract, our team will do a short assessment with you and your new employer to help determine any support needs required up front to achieve a successful completion. This includes a short literacy and numeracy check and a discussion on your current circumstances.
Sign-up Session
To commence an apprenticeship, apprentice candidates are required to sign up into a National Training Contract with their employer.
Our team come out to your workplace and go through Contract, and ensure both you and your employer are aware of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of an apprenticeship.
We will also make sure you understand all the support we offer, how to contact us, and that you have access to the Apprenticeship Data Management System.
Once our team lodge your Contract, your nominated Training Provider will be notified and will be in touch to set up your Training Plan for your off-the-job training.
Regular check-ups
We stay in contact with you and your employer throughout your training. We will do this via a mix of visits, surveys, video calls and SMS.
Get Involved.
We offer a range of support tools and services that Apprentices can opt into. This includes Peer Networking, Industry events and engagements, Coaching and Advice. You can contact us at anytime on accessing these services.
Tailored Mentoring and Personal Support.
At anytime, any personal and professional challenges arise- we can allocate you a dedicated Mentor to assist you with tailored support.
Career Support Team
The Career Support team also provides career guidance to schools, students and job seekers, with a focus on promoting apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
