Our team of experts can assist you to implement tailored recruitment practices to attract the workforce you are looking for, including advertising vacancies through our clean energy networks and shortlisting candidates.
Access a range of tools, checklists and diagnostics aimed at supporting employers to assess their workplaces and identify opportunities to improve processes, policies and procedures to build culturally respectful workplaces.
We have developed a range of employer-focused supports including learning modules that support the capability building to improve workplaces for clean energy apprentices; policy templates that focus on creating diverse and safe workplaces; and how to attract people into apprenticeships in your sector.
Our team schedule additional check-ins with employers and supervisors to offer increased support and independent advice to reduce issues that may prevent training investment success.
Our team can work with your induction processes and deliver presentations on support available to your apprentices as part of your internal on-boarding processes.

ASA has a network of apprenticeship advisory groups operating in each state across the nation that invites employers, unions and government to participate.
