As one of WA’s leading Caterpillar equipment dealers, WesTrac has been building capability through apprenticeships for decades, with many former apprentices still part of the business today – some for nearly 40 years.
They’re also helping set a new benchmark for diversity in the industry, creating pathways for more women to enter the sector by engaging female students through school-based traineeships before they even leave school.
