The ADMS system is designed to support employers to manage their apprenticeships, apply for incentives and track the progress of their claims. Our team is here to help you get set up and navigate the system.
Administration support delivered in WA by local experts
Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) has the only contract and claims processing centre in WA. We also offer claims support from our Outback WA head office in Karratha. You will receive updates and information from the experts in local time.
Our contact centre is available to take your calls from 6.30am to 5.00pm (WST).
All of our Field and Administration teams are able to assist you to get set up in the ADMS system, including navigating MyGov and the Relationship Authority Management system. We also offer Single Touch Payroll advice.
To ensure you are getting sound advice on appropriate sign-ups in WA, we work closely with the State Training Authority, enabling a smooth registration process.
Our dedicated contract and claims team will go above and beyond to ensure that your contracts are lodged promptly, and your eligible incentives are paid on time.

Claim reminders and reporting
We will provide you with several notifications to ensure you submit claims on time within the contract period, and your claims do not expire. For clients with multiple apprentices, we offer tailored reporting options, to keep you up-to-date.
Apprenticeships Direct Portal
Unique to ASA, we have a cloud-based portal that employers can access anytime to see the status of claims and contracts.
Minimal contract rejections
Our expert team will provide detailed and ethical advice which will dramatically reduce the risk of training contract rejections from the Apprenticeship Office. We provide advice and guidance on:
