Join in our Yarn Sessions for employers, which are facilitated by First Nations experts, providing open supportive dialogue sessions to help employers learn, grow and better understand how they can improve workplace environments.
We have developed a range of employer-focused supports including learning modules that support the capability building to improve workplaces for First Nations apprentices; policy templates that focus on creating diverse and safe workplaces; and referrals to reputable cultural awareness training.
Our team schedules additional check-ins with employers and supervisors to offer increased support and independent advice to reduce issues that may prevent training investment success.
