Apprenticeship Support Australia will host a free Facebook Live event called “Turbocharging your Millennial Workforce” on Wednesday, 5 April at 1:30pm WST.
The event, hosted by Apprenticeship Support Australia General Manager James Moran, will draw on the knowledge of internationally renowned Psychologist Danielle Buckley. They will explore current generational stereotypes, address the emerging landscape of the Millennial workforce, and discuss techniques and strategies to improve the productivity of Australian workplaces.
The online session comes at a pivotal time in generational workplace relations. A survey conducted by Deloitte has revealed that 66% of Millennials expect to move jobs by 2020, forcing workplaces to adopt new business practices to foster company loyalty and ensure employee longevity.
The video event will follow the successful broadcast “How to Safeguard Your Business Against Bullying” that was run in early March. To watch this video head to the Apprenticeship Support Facebook page.
Members of the public can tune into the event for free live at 1:30pm WST on Wednesday 5th April.
