The Construction Training Fund (CTF) has recently announced an additional $4,000 incentive to encourage employment and training of new construction apprentices and trainees in WA.
The aim of this additional incentive is to reduce the cost of employing an apprentice, making putting on an apprentice much easier for business!
An eligible employer commencing a new apprentice or trainee on or after 1 July 2018 may be eligible to attain this new incentive, as well as the incentives available through the Australian Apprenticeship Incentive Programme, which Apprenticeship Support Australia administers to employers across WA.
