ASA unveils Karratha hub as new outback headquarters

ASA has opened its new regional administration hub to meet the growing needs of apprenticeship and traineeship support services in Western Australia.

The new office in Karratha has become the headquarters in regional WA, enabling ASA to strengthen its one-stop service for employers, job seekers, apprentices and trainees.

Carly Waterfield, State Manager at ASA says the new office reinforces the organisation’s commitment to supporting WA’s future skilled workforce.

“With a team of highly trained industry training consultants and mentors based out of 15 locations in WA, the new office is equipped for further growth as we expand our footprint nationally,” she says.

“We are proud to see ASA well positioned to effectively connect job seekers in regional WA with opportunities to pursue their chosen careers through apprenticeship and traineeship pathways.”

“Having won both generalist and specialist contracts with the Federal Government, and being the only specialist provider in regional Western Australia, we can provide businesses with end-to-end support from assessing readiness, to signing the training contract, to comprehensive mentoring support and referral services. “

In addition to generalist services, ASA has also expanded its service offering to deliver targeted support to women in male-dominated trades, First Nations Australian apprentices and apprenticeships working towards clean energy occupations.

Leveraging more than 26 years of experience, ASA also added an office in Exmouth and is excited to enhance its services to further improve retention, completion and satisfaction rates for apprentices and their employers.
